To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.
Return and exchange will only be accepted on full price items within 7 days of your order being received.
Return and exchange are not available on candles purchased on sale.
In order to successfully return or exchange your order, the following procedure must be followed:
- Email Cahaya Candles at: hello@cahayacandles.com indicating your wish to return or exchange, reason and the new scent you would like to receive. Please include your original order number in this email.
- When returning your candle for exchange please ensure that it is in brand new condition. Candles for exchange must also be wrapped in the same way as they are wrapped when you receive them. Returns for exchange will not be accepted if damage is done to the candle due to appropriate care not being taken by the customer when returning the candle.
- All postage costs of returning the candle are the responsibility of the customer.
- We will only provide a refund of the purchase price where your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In this instance, we ask that you contact us at: hello@cahayacandles.com.au and provide a photograph of the product so that we may review it.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds upon confirmation and approval, will be made via the original payment method used within 7 working days.
Cahaya Candles will endeavour to respond to all return, exchange and refund enquiries sent by email within 48 hours.
